This was the 125th anniversary of Auguste Archambault
death with a ceremony in Florissant on Dec. 15, 2005 at
St Ferdinand Cemetery. Archambault , guide to Fremont in
his third expedition to California and guide to Stansbury
in the exploration of the Great salt Lake, often referred
to as the last of the Mountain Men.
